Directions

Directions from 1-95 coming from the north.

1) Get off at 6th Avenue South (exit 63)
2) Go west on 6th Avenue South to South Congress Ave.
3) Turn left onto South Congress Avenue (south)
4) Go about 1/4 mile down on your right (west side of Congress)
5) Park Medical Plaza – 4949 South Congress Ave. Suite A

(Our building is the most southern building of the two and
our office is the only office with the door facing Congress Ave.)

Directions from 1-95 coming from the south.

1) Get off at Lantana road and go west to Congress Ave.
2) Turn right (north) onto Congress Ave.
3) Go past JFK Hospital
4) Go past JFK Drive (light)
5) Go to the FIRST turn-in median past JFK Drive
and do a U-turn.
6) Park Medical Plaza 4949 South Congress Ave. Suite A
will be on your right (west side of Congress Ave.)
